Kyle has over 31 years of military service with nine years of executive to corporate level leadership experience providing vision, strategy, and innovative ideas to solve complex operation issues and forming, building and developing high-performance organizations. He currently serves as Founder and CEO of Close the Gap Consulting, LLC a Disabled Veteran owned company serving transitioning service members and veterans.
